Our unique state licensed, fully inclusive Enriched Housing program for low income residents operates
out of three locations in the City of Rochester.
Each site offers:
- One bedroom apartments (some efficiencies at Danforth Towers) with no
shared rooms
- Three meals each day
- Case management
- Financial management (if needed)
- Weekly housekeeping and laundry
- Social and recreational activities
- Transportation arrangements
Jonathan Child Apartments also has an Assisted Living Program, and offers 24-hour staffing, personal care
and medication assistance.

We do this by providing services which are innovative, inclusive and responsive to the expressed needs of our residents, enabling them to age in place with dignity.
Enriched Housing residents are independent and active, knowing that there is someone there if they need assistance. Enjoying the privacy of their own apartments, residents are assured of help through a coordinated variety of support services including:

Resident Services
- Weekly housekeeping and laundry
- Personal care and assistance with bathing
Nutrition
- Three daily meals (breakfast, congregate noon meal, and bag supper)
- Special diets available
Case Management
- Coordinating services with individual needs
- Arranging transportation for appointments
- Scheduling medical appointments
- Managing finances
Recreation
- In-house social & recreational activities
- Regular community outings
Financial
- Bill-paying and money management services
- Assistance in qualifying for available benefits
- One monthly charge for service and rent
